Faulkner GP is located at 315 Churchill Avenue, Sandy Bay, 7005. This is shortly after bus stop 18 as one is leaving town along Churchill Avenue. There is usually ample on street parking. The property is marked with a letter box with 315 on it. It is on the lower side of the road with a 30 degree steep slope driveway. Follow the driveway and then continue to the front door. Please ring the door bell and then take a seat in the waiting area to the left of the front door. Dr Faulkner will be with you as soon as he is able.
